Are there days that you want to just get away from computers, iPhone, iPad, anything dealing with technology?
Recently, I had one of those days.
So I pushed back away from desk and started thinking..
How can I clear my mind?
Can I clear my mind through writing?
Can I clear my mind by being outside, listening to the birds singing and enjoying the breeze?
Can I clear my mind by meditating?
I believe all will help me tremendously.
Whenever this happens, take a step back, push everything to the side, go find something that is enjoyable and relax.
The technology will be there tomorrow.
